This isn’t really what this blog is about, but I’ve been stuck on Pinterest all day looking for recipes and well everything that has to do with food. So I just had to post something about food on here. Being in college means that I constantly have to cook for myself only, which can be extremely boring, especially when you don’t have any inspiration left when it comes to what to make. It’s super easy to get stuck in the virtual world when it comes to food, and I could look at recipes all day. I think that the root of my problem is that I am really bad at making sure basic ingredients exist in my kitchen, partly because I don’t really know what those ingredients are. So as I mentioned earlier I’ve spent a lot of time on Pinterest, just looking around, and have finally found a list over groceries that should always be in your kitchen to ensure that you eat healthy. Eating healthy is not the easiest when you’re in college, you want food to be ready in an instant, so often fast food is the natural option. I am however trying to move a way from the trap that is fast food. So I thought I’d share the lists over groceries that make sure I keep eating healthy.
